Arrest History in Monroe County

Monroe County Booking Intake

Charges received at booking can differ from the prosecutor's later complaint. The arrest file states what the agency alleged at that stage. The Monroe County criminal court case record is the better source for filed counts, pleas, disposition, and sentence.

Arrests vs Convictions
An arrest record proves that an agency took an enforcement action and, where applicable, that jail intake occurred. Fingerprints link designated Monroe County arrest events to Wisconsin DOJ's Centralized Criminal History database under state reporting law.
